The school nurse and the school would like to have more information on file for those students with certain health conditions. Individualized healthcare plans (IHP) should be updated as needed for those students with chronic health condtions. These include (but are not limited to) allergies, asthma, diabetes, seizures, and any other chronic health condition that can affect your student's performance while at school. Please contact your nurse to ensure the school has the information they need to help keep your child safe while at school.
